Once you register with Pan Arab Research Center and sign in to our site, you are not anonymous to us. PARC does not sell, or share ANY personal information about you with other people or nonaffiliated companies. Your information is accessed only to provide you with information in order to schedule you to mystery shops and to pay you for performing said shops. RELATIONSHIP:
Shopper understands that they operate as an independent contractor. Shopper is responsible for her/his own liability and workman‘s compensation and as applicable automotive insurance, and holds PARC and its affiliates harmless while working as an independent contractor.

ASSIGNMENTS:
Assignments are scheduled by varying means on an as needed, rotating basis. Shopper may choose to accept or reject any proposed assignment. You have the right to accept or not to accept any assignment posted. YOU SHOULD NOT be currently employed by any business that you shop. In addition, you may not have been employed during the past year at any business you shop. Please be sure that you do not apply for any assignments associated with your current or former employer. Doing so will be in direct conflict with this agreement.

COMPENSATION:
Fees for services performed and reimbursement for allowable expenses will be paid through cheque within 60 days for the first month to ensure that assignments were properly completed and received according to guidelines and 30 days from the second month. Adjustments in compensation may occur in the form of penalties as a result of late, incomplete, or inaccurate reports or if instructional guidelines are not met.
